Elle (1998) has been skiing since she was 2.5 and entered the Belgian racing circuit at the age of ten. She soon took part in international ski competitions and at the age of 16, Elle achieved the goals of belonging to the Belgian national team. She took part in the junior world championships (WJSC) and the universiade, where she represented both Belgium and her university in medicine.
In 2019, Elle crashed at the WJSC in Italy and suffered a double fracture of her lower leg. When she finally got back on skis, she broke her leg again. To make the 2nd rehabilitation go smoother and faster, she contacted Herzog Medical, who helped her further through the rehabilitation. Now that her injuries have recovered, Elle continues to wear Herzog's compression ski socks during every training session "because they simply fit so well".
