Is it true that putting on my socks can be a bit difficult?

Do you find putting on your socks a bit challenging? Don’t worry—some resistance when putting them on indicates that they provide the right amount of compression! If a compression sock is too easy to put on, it likely has less than 30 mmHg of compression, which may not ensure effective injury prevention. Our medically certified PRO Compression Socks offer graduated compression, ranging from 32 mmHg at the ankle to 23 mmHg at the knee. This ensures optimal injury prevention, enhanced blood circulation, and efficient removal of waste products.

Is there a simple trick to put on my socks quickly?

Did you know that our socks are easier to put on with the help of a sandwich bag? Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Preparation
Grab a sandwich bag and slide it over your foot. Ensure the bag fits snugly around your foot without too much air or wrinkles.

Turn the socks inside out
Place your hand inside the sock and turn the Herzog compression sock inside out up to the heel, so only the foot part remains in its original position.

Putting on
Slide your foot (with the sandwich bag around it) into the sock. Then, slowly and evenly pull the sock up over your ankle. The sandwich bag helps the sock slide smoothly over your foot with less resistance.

Removing the bag
Once the sock is properly positioned over your foot and ankle, carefully pull the sandwich bag out of the sock near your toes.

Pull up the sock further
Continue pulling the sock up to just below the knee.
