Use of personal data

When purchasing our products or requesting information, you leave certain information with us. This could be personal data. We do not always process all of the data below, as this depends on each customer.

For example, we use a third party to process iDeal payments in our webshop and we pass on your details to the postal deliverer to deliver the order to you.

Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required or permitted. We combine your personal data from different sources (such as data from your account and your purchases in our webshop) to offer you the best online experience.
By combining your data, we can show personalized content on the website that matches your interests and purchase history. We can also personalize our newsletter for you in this way. To prevent abuse, we ask you to adequately identify yourself in a written request for access by enclosing a copy of a valid proof of identity. Don't forget to shield your BSN and your passport photo on the copy. For example, you can use the 'KopieID' app for this.
