1. Applicability

These subscription terms and conditions apply to all subscription types offered by Herzog Medical B.V. By entering into a subscription, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of Herzog Medical.

2. Subscription

The subscription offers customers the opportunity to periodically receive Herzog compression products at a reduced rate.

The frequency, duration, and discount depend on the chosen subscription and are clearly stated during the ordering process.

3. Automatic Delivery and Payment

By entering into a subscription, the customer grants permission for automatic periodic payments according to the chosen delivery schedule.

Payment will be automatically debited prior to each scheduled delivery.

4. Minimum Purchase Period

Each subscription has a minimum purchase period of three (3) deliveries.

The subscription cannot be terminated prematurely before three deliveries have taken place and been paid for.

If the customer wishes to terminate the subscription before the third delivery, Herzog Medical reserves the right to retroactively charge the received discount.

5. Cancellation

After receipt and payment of at least three deliveries, the subscription can be canceled at any time.

Cancellation must take place at least 7 working days before the next scheduled delivery via the customer account or by contacting Herzog Medical's customer service.

If a delivery has already been processed or dispatched, this delivery will still be completed, and the subscription will end thereafter.

6. Changing the Subscription

The customer can, via the customer account:

• Change the delivery address;
• Change the payment method;
• Manage the subscription.

Herzog Medical reserves the right to change subscription types, prices, or conditions. Customers will be notified of such changes at least 30 days in advance.

7. Price Changes

Price changes do not affect deliveries already placed and paid for.

If a price change relates to future deliveries, the customer will be informed in advance and has the right to terminate the subscription before the next delivery, provided the minimum purchase period has been met.

8. Failed Payments

If an automatic payment cannot be processed, the customer will be notified.

Herzog Medical reserves the right to suspend future deliveries until payment has been successfully completed.

9. Returns

The regular return conditions of Herzog Medical apply to each delivery.

Products that have been used, worn, or washed cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect or warranty claim.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of entering into it, without stating any reason.

If a delivery has already taken place within this period, costs for already delivered products may be charged in accordance with legal regulations.

11. Termination by Herzog Medical

Herzog Medical reserves the right to terminate a subscription in the event of:

• Fraud or misuse;
• Repeated failed payments;
• Breach of these terms and conditions;
• Termination of the relevant subscription program.

In such a case, already paid, but not yet delivered products will be settled proportionally.

12. Applicable Law

These subscription terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
