When choosing your size, you can select from short, long, or extra-long. The right length depends on the length of your lower leg. Here is how to measure it: sit with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle and measure the distance from the floor to a point 1 cm below the back of your knee.
- Short: up to 38 cm;
- Long: between 39 and 46 cm;
- Extra-long: 47 cm and up.
This ensures the tube fits your leg length perfectly—after all, someone who is 198 cm tall needs a different tube length than someone who is 160 cm tall.

You can easily extend the life of your Herzog PRO Compression Tubes by caring for them properly. Wash the tubes at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, do not use fabric softener, and do not iron or tumble dry. This will help the yarns retain their elasticity and maintain optimal compression, allowing you to benefit from their supportive effect for longer.
